Those facilitating those sales will be licensees operating legally, they aren't going to be dealing with Oscar the Operator riding around in his car.Oscar is needed to dig out those off market properties, he's a foot soldier bringing back intelligence from the FEBA, forward edge of the business area.

A facilitator of a transaction is always just the facilitator, there are long established fees and charges adopted for facilitating any transaction, that is what brokers do.In the military we say people are promoted to their level of incompetence.

Wholesalers simply do the same thing as real estate brokers, facilitate a sale, instead of using one type of contract, they use another, the outcome is the same.
