As a first time buyer, over leveraging is an incredibly risky endeavor.

I attempted to file a small claims case but the local property management address was unservable and I would have needed to travel all the way to arizona to attend court.

And across the populist elements on all sides of the political spectrum, you can find people decrying Wall Street’s nefarious attempt to create a “nation of renters.”Fortunately, in this case, Wall Street is (mostly) innocent of this charge.

You could attempt saying its a business purpose loan since it would be for a FF use, but I doubt anyone is willing to do it still.
