I am new to this and have been reading and researching.I have a meeting set up with Praxis Capital.Has anyone invested with Praxis Capital and if so just wondering about your experience.Thank you Louis, did you ever invest with Praxis Capital? 

This in itself is an understated benefit because its a real pain having to explain to a lender, prospective employer etc. why your name is in the docket.

From what I read in Bloomberg recently, investors gravitate towards platforms they trust on a personal level.I’ve found that blending personal touches with strategic growth means knowing your audience and what makes them tick.

However, after seeing what we could offer in terms of amenities, location and service, they happily paid the premium rent associated with renting from us.I am not a natural salesman, but reading books on marketing, sales and hospitality has greatly improved my ability to convert a lead.

I have listened to some stuff with him and read his stuff but he is rather new.I have purchased numerous land courses and done many deals. 

Have some real estate under my belt but looking into Short term rentals opposed to long term rentals.Wondering if there is a stand out book to read to gain understanding for Australian Short Term rental market/AIRBNB.Also if there is a specific group for Australians and short term rentals for Australian market/Australian tax system etc, do point me to that.Rod
