They also have many forms available for download on their website for members (lease addendum, 5-Day Notice, and much more) as well as resources (such as an eviction guide which has a timeline based on the local courts and laws).Finally, my Apartment Association charges $13 for tenant criminal/credit background checks which is pretty cheap, IMO.

So far I've been able to download ream loads of data from our local real estate association, although that is county level data, it consists of market inventory , days on market, median sales price , foreclosure rate.

I would request a letter from an actual local mental health professional that you can call to verify the ESA prescription, and refuse to accept any online forms they may have paid $20 to download from a fake mental health professional.
