Despite numerous attempts and hundreds of millions of $ spent by companies trying to disrupt the status quo, little has actually changed.  

The pandemic was a major disruption and it will take a few years to work everything out.

The service had cash flow problems or disappeared or had some other disruption.  

Will be interesting to see how they modify their offerings to minimize effects of the disruption of AirBnB and it's increasing reach.

My guess is that it will be required to go through the courts since you can't repossess without disrupting the peace (people living in it) and without taking their other belongings. 

@Andrea Fajardo to be clear, are you asking if there's a way to block a neighbor from texting you about tenants you placed that are causing your neighbor disruption?

Disrupt 'em! 

For my family and me the above disruptions are great economically.
