I listed on roomster.com but got nothing but spam and couldn't message without a paid account anyways so shut it down.Facebook doesn't have a "Room Only" property rental option that I can see so it's a 1bd/1bath house for rent and I put roommate wanted in the description.

From what I have heard, a Series LLC has questionable asset protection vs a normal LLC, but I'm not sure you are understanding Series LLCs how series LLCs work based on your description of the structure.All of these could be set up to minimize tax in the same way so that priority could be ignored.Do you really need the asset protection?

I agree list on mls "as-is ", cash only , allow maybe 1 week to submit best and final offers ( access to property would be need )If not metromls : post on Biggerpockets marketplace without the address Simply provide county , zip code, description of property , pics ( if possible ) , and etcDisclosure : I'm a local realtor

While the condo we were currently living in we could rent.Went through the loan process, dealt with slow attorneys, delays with oil tank removal and as of July 23rd we are the proud owners of a single family home in Peapack, NJ.The condo in Bedminster:$2,100/month - 2 bed, 1 bath - was rented to the first prospective tenant to come along, (after vetting and all the checks done) She will move into the property on July 29.I know there are probably some gaps in my description -- am happy to help answer questions but just wanted to put out there that the 90 Challenge worked for me by creating a support system and guidelines to achieve my first rental property.

When I market them for rent, I advertise a price slightly lower than market rents in the area but included in the description is a flat utility fee for gas/electric/water ($1100+$175 utility fee).
