@Janine Sharma The decision to classify your onsite mobile home park property manager as a W-2 employee or a 1099 contractor depends on the degree of control you have over their work.

But it just depends on your risk threshold and how much you're looking to spend.

Also, providing value to others at a high level will pay off for you in the end if you stick with it.

Each grouping had a common room (perhaps it was shared by multiple groupings ... this was a detail I missed) with a nurses/aid workers office.Central to the two sides of the complex were common facilities such as a dining hall, gym {perhaps a pool ... another detail I missed}, theatre &  games room.With one of the fastest growing groups in our society being single people, we are examining a related idea of a  complex / building providing a modest-sized 1-bdroom "apartment" with more semi-private and common amenities.When I read the title to your thread, I thought it was a project proposing to mix students and seniors into a single complex ... and came in thinking, this ought to be interesting :-) 

I do NOT have enough knowledge or experience in this arena to provide specific “how to” accomplish this, or even to provide specific”proof” of my position.  

Depends on their health and any desire they may have to simplify.

Learnt lesson not to fully depend on property manager and should have made decision faster by reducing rent .
