Western methodology to law is usually dictated by what is NOT allowed...and not what IS allowed.

It's like the Zillow Estimates... it just aggregates the data from across the board, which is a good start, but it won't account for nuance and detail (e.g. a corner property selling for a 5% premium compared to non-corner).

Unfortunately, this is no longer available in SC because of a new law prohibiting the use of public data for marketing.Luckily there are some new motivated seller lists that don't rely on this public data that are doing well for investors.

I don't think the sub-type of asset class matters, ie multi-family/industrial/data center/SFR/MHParks etc.

My rent numbers and expenses are all based on Denver Rent Cafe data and tax history data.

There is strong data that correlates lead exposure with health problems. 

maybe message other lists and ask if they have any cleaners they would recommend.Also see if there are any local FB groups where people share this info.I hope you manually checked the numbers and aren't depending solely on Airdna data which can be inaccurate. 

People post their data so you can see what other folks are getting, what NAISC code to use, and so forth.
