I feel the need to point out that I know this is still an undertaking that requires a great deal of work and knowledge; I don't want anyone to get the idea that I'm looking to "get rich quick" or anything of that nature.

Luckily my children are both 2 and younger so i have some time before i reach that point.After my shift in thinking i read rich dad, poor dad and confirmed i was not indeed crazy.

I would just say that if you go to one where you quickly get the vibe the organizer is trying to sell something (i.e. some kind of coaching or get rich quick whatever...) get out of there...meetups should be about networking, sharing opportunities etc...IMHO not about selling your fellow REIA members....if anyone disagrees I'd welcome the input
