Nothing fancy or difficult about the main panel or number of breakers -- it's a main panel easily accessible in the front of the house.I'm pretty sure these guys seeing that we just bought this place/what we paid for it and then wildly inflating their prices thinking we'll pay it.

I installed 8 branch circuits (2 240V) and plumbing for a new bathroom and laundry room on the second floor with 2x6 joists.  2x6 can't be bored with 2" PVC DWV per code (and as it should be!).

Hi Chanelle,I see this in the media sometimes: "one of the most LGBTQ-friendly cities in the country".What makes a city into that and how do they rank the cities.I mean in days gone by, they used to arrest these people as law breakers, but I am under the impression that the Federal Government prohibits that now.So it seems all places should be equal in their treatment of them--with no MOST type of situation.I'm thinking it might just be some kind of advertising ploy to draw certain people to certain areas for whatever (financial) reasons (such as to benefit Aids Hospices in the area or something).
