I live on the west side of town and all you see are several new construction large apartment projects being built up in the last 8 months. 2 large new construction apartment sites along 215 near Sunset, another new at near Red Rock Casino, and a couple off Tropicana & 215.

(contact your congress person and tell them rational lending is a good thing and we need to keep it) Very friendly tax and regulatory environment particularly for for large corporations (TESLA got a huge tax incentive and SWITCH got a sweet deal on electricity.)These lead to economic diversification from a historically service (casino) based economy along with major infrastructure projects.

If it worked for MS just think what it would do for Houston.there is a reason 27 brand new casino's got build on the Gulf shores each one of them got 50-% write off year one. say your a huge corp.. you build a 100 million dollar casion like the Beau Rivage you write off 50 million year one.. how is that not a great thing.

A city that I feel very confidently about would be in Everett where there is not any regulations in place yet but given that the new casino is opening in June 2019, there is a large demand for unit at the moment.
