You can search the address in Google maps to see if business or residential.Once you have a person's name, you can try to use WhitePages to look up their phone number.We also use the name or LLC to trip up the "landlord" when we call.

Despite android having more phones, I'd guess iTunes is 95% to 5% in terms of podcast downloads from Android vs. iTunes. iTunes just cleans up when it comes to Podcasts!
