Rear seems to be a standard offering where ever have seen.As to the BBQ...you may have insurance requirements re not on patios...to close to the structure will burn it down.You might want to offer either park type charcoal bbq's on pipes in the common area, or a built in gas bbq in the common area.Remember those charcoal ones use lighter fluid and can flame like an inferno.Maybe put out some chained down picnic table in a dedicated bbq area with trash cans (???)

I love the fact you invented that air coach we have some of those.. little tricky to inflate but great concept.and that's were the money is made by so many in the USA its selling products and inventing things that others need.Also brought me back to my early days of flying i actually went on my check ride for my PVT license in a Cherokee 140 talk about an un powered dog  LOL.. did yours have the brake handle on the Roof of the cockpit.. ???
