So, now I’m looking for advice on where a new investor should begin in this community—whether it’s podcasts, books, or even specific forums within BiggerPockets.I am really eager to learn, grow, make and learn from my mistakes, take calculated risks and in short dive into this whole heartedly. 

In addition to looking at their reviews, see who wins the SEO war if there are multiple PMs with direct booking sites.Google the lake name + cabin or rental house and see who pops to the top.One other question I like is "What makes you different?"

I read a few books, one of which is “How to invest in real estate market: the ultimate beginner’s guide…” by Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin.

We are expecting even more visitors to our area due to the fully booked for the 2025 season of the new Thunderidge Amphitheater as well as more gold courses.   

Same as @John Underwood @Dayana Castellon.We don't just use AirBNB but VRBO as well and get about 60% of our overall bookings from VRBO.Having said that, 2025 is booking out now and all are VRBO people.

. - She can use REPSTRACKER for thisI then of course have a plethora of other questions in terms of book keeping (tracking all purchases etc...) but I will save those for another time unless someone has the best offline resources I can start to learn from? 

I have a network and will be having those conversations but what the books don’t teach, and what I haven’t found here are specific terms. 

Require Renter’s InsuranceNow, this might seem like overkill for just a room, but renter’s insurance is non-negotiable in my book.
