Currently I'm happy in my house for now and would like to find a 2-4 family to completely rent out; I'm not a fan of moving and neither is my girlfriend 😂 my next primary residence I'm planning to buy around 6-8 years from now (I'm playing the long game baby!).

Texas is quite High.. to me Texas makes sense for locals who can offset very high prop tax's with Zero income tax.. to pay income tax and high prop tax's is a double whammy LOL  Vegas baby low tax's some of the lowest in the country and ZERO income tax for residence..

It hasn't been enough of an issue that I tear my hair out, but there have been a few problems:Tenants washing laundry late at night while others are trying to sleep;Someone starts laundry and forgets to finish, leaving wet stuff in the washer or dry stuff in the dryer;Someone stole another person's detergent, softener, or even some of their clothing;Tenants don't clean the machines or the laundry room after use;Those are just a few of the most common issues.
