I have always wanted to buy and hold property for residual income to allow me to set my own schedule, do things my way and have something to do when older.

Another thing my friend told me is that the chemical treatment they put in the ground is residual for 6-8 years so you really don't need the extended warranty.  

Upon completion of that book, I had a fire to start some sort of business that would develop residual income for my family's future.

Picky people may keep complaining about real or perceived residual smells now that they know the prior state.

I would use the glue down because if you want to replace a single tile or plank you just use the heat gun to release the adhesive and slap down a new one.
