I recently finished rehabbing a cute little bungalow in the Cedar Rapids, IA area.

We have talked about this around five times and he still is not sure what he wants to do as far as a percentage or a cut of the profit.  

Amazon just takes too large of a cut (70%) so for money reasons (we are investors!)

I may acutally qualify for a mortgage this year LOL

There are a lot of brokers out there who just want to sign up new agents in order to get a cut of a few commissions from their family/friends.

The house was a cute house, always easy to rent.  

(although I would use a cutting board to cut anything) Because the color is mixed into the epoxy as opposed to just applying clear epoxy to a surface that you have sponge painted on first, the process seems less time consuming vs sponge painting the surface first. 

If your state requires you to be a realtor and the broker gets a cut, then thats another issue depending on how that cut would work.
