Get 300 series stainless steel...Google  it.

Steel or fiberglass door will be fine. 

Maybe a steel plate used in road cunstruction could be buried a few inches and covered with gravel or dirt?

I get it that everyone wants to come to the party, especially now with prices having risen fairly dramatically, but sometimes I wonder if the Bigger Pockets room is akin to standing on the floor of a casino where a few people have won dramatic sums in some of the "skills" games (poker, blackjack, etc), and everyone else starts running out into the hallways begging for money to drop in the slot machine so they can get theirs too.Anyway, it seems an interesting philosophical question to ponder, and I'm curious what others may think!

Now, the management company wants to fine me for going over our move-in time slot (which is loosely stated in the rules, but not the point).  

We installed a brand new roof including all brand new plywood, new wood-look tile flooring, carpet, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, windows, new sliding glass door, ceilings fans, fixtures, replastered and new tile to the pool and put in new pump and filter, landscaping, brand new garage door and opened up the kitchen for a more open floor plan plus many other repairs, the list goes on and on.  

Stainless steel sinks are trendy but to also durable.

Tenants love to see STAINLESS STEEL in the ad lol.

RE and lending was not my only venture, I've been involved in steel fabrication, restaurants, hospitality/resorts and the grocery business.
