To look at and the foreclosure properties to search are good not that great though since everyone is looking at them and also banks try to sell them for market value

@Daniel Sam just did a quick search on Zillow in those areas roughly (just put the map over those general zip codes) and there are about 152 homes currently listed for sale that are 3+ bedrooms, less than $150k, and single-family houses.

I’ve tried searching for people who have been neighbors to their tenant but haven’t seen anything yet.If you have experience in this I’d love to hear how you handled the relationship of tenant/neighbor.
