I'm looking to shift my focus from the long game of rental appreciation to the BRRR method.

Use the enemy method to see what other properties in the market are doing. 

Others specialize in buying rentals using traditional 20% down methods. 

Instead of going through banks or credit unions, this method involves borrowing money from private individuals or organizations.A major benefit of private money lending is the flexibility it provides in terms of loan conditions, interest rates, and repayment schedules.

Use the wholesale method of buying in a down market to amplify results.  

This is something i've been trying to define myself as I don't want to rely on the first come first serve method. 

What were the methods you used. 

I JV'd with another person on the 7th to sell it. 2 LTR purchases were the BRRRR method, which were my last two BRRRRs.
