The majority of them are in the grind and are not at a place where they have millions of disposable dollars where they realize that buying one more profitable investment won't have a huge positive impact in their life.

I can definitely tell you there's still a lot of positive cash flowing and 1% rule deals and you get amazing appreciation.

I have units without washer and dryer and they rent fine but I found myself showing to people who really wanted the washer dryer way too often so I do put that in the ad and review it again on talking to them.   

We're still seeing deals here that have positive cash flow and appreciation potential.

Sounds like you are in a pretty strong financial position.

I personally don't quite see any of these positions being completely eliminated due to AI, at least not in the forseeable future. 

Plus, with $4200+ in monthly income and the option for overtime, you’re in a strong position to manage this responsibly.
