Do you really think that the California, Utah, Australia, etc guys are finding deals that we don't see?

If Australia can weather the storm and keep things stable, then so can CA.

I was just Skyping my father, with whom I discuss various investment opportunities; he mentioned a venture he has invested in recently.He has invested in a conglomerate who own various resorts around Australia, his buy in bought him a percentage in a particular resort (a beautiful beach side resort).

I've got some wholesale properties in Dallas that I'm currently marketing, and came across a buyer from Australia who is in town for just another 2 months and is looking for a cheap property to pick up as a rental before he leaves.I was curious so I asked him how he's going to manage his rental from OZ, if he's already got that part worked out.

My husband and I became accidental landlords in August 2013, we had the opportunity to live in Australia and we took it.
