I ran into the same thing as you down here.

The city built what's called the Cultural Trail a few years back, and it has greatly helped both Fletcher Place and Fountain Square. 

The issue I ran into was most places would only allow you to pull the equity out of the house above the 20% mark.

I ran a criminal check on a workman  recently hired & found out he is a convicted felon & was in prison until 2011 ( crime-identity theft).

A big part of being new is making sure you make a hard attempt to understand the terms, culture and clients.

The issue I ran into was the materials that he wanted to use, didn’t always fit into my idea of the design or quality.

I ran into that one a lot.  

Half the agents I've called could not speak a word of English and either hung up on my or handed the phone to their husband/friend/cousin to translate.I'm not sure if the Spanish culture is as dense where you are.

I ran into an issue with my Heating/A/C unit, which is going to cost me a large amount of my profits this year.

I ran a ghost ad for a three bedroom for rent and found strong demand.My new design is 3 three bedroom and 1 two bedroom.I will post some video next week on how I plan to convert the common areas into additional bedrooms.
