By embracing problems and using their own maintenance people...they only make real money when there are problems.

The old time investors that are successful in today's market (at least what I've seen from my clients) are the ones who have advanced with the times and embrace the new technology that's provided to them.

Although I would not consider him the oracle of real estate predictions, perhaps more should take advantage of his years of experience and embrace the curt, no-nonsense/ no BS nature of his recommendations.

So I guess now I'm fully embracing that as a fairly mature adult who is nowhere near retirement currently.

The program is holding no accountability over this.I really tried to embrace the experience and immerse myself in the program.

To do all of this you really have to focus on the long grind and embrace the monk life style...
