The only thing you need to know is that earnest money needs to be deposited the next business day after receipt. 

I mail within a 20 mile radius of my target zips so they will  usually reach their destination within 2 business days with standard postage.  

(There was an $150 up front advertising fee) I was told that Usually within 3 to 5 business days  I'll received a direct deposit from Oceanpointe.November 7 - Great news!!!

My tenants have moved out of the apartment and gave me the 20 business day notice that they were breaking the lease which in South Africa is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, and I have no problems with.

I took a trip down to my local tax assessors office and planning department, but they gave me the usual run-around of applications, signatures, fees, 30 working business days etc. just to get a copy of the floor plans.

And then we notify next business day or shoot an email overnight when we call the contractor and let them know what's going on.  

Typically 2-4 business days to fund once paperwork is submitted.4.

If December's rent is not paid by the end of business day on the 1st, serve the 3 day on the 2nd.

@Rich O'Neill We contacted PFCU but they said they are so backed up and will take at least 5 business days to respond to us.

@Justin Fishman the deal is submitted to Freddie’s committee and it takes 8 business days to review and get the commitment.
