Hint: if there's only one box for the rental income then enter the combined rent from the purchase price.

There is around 5-9 cats (he is obsessed with cats and let's them breed in the house) their litter box is just the bathroom vanity cabinet. 

In the end I think the house and asset speaks more than the town if it checks all of your other boxes. 

Anyway there is a lock box on the outside of rental a coded lock on my front showing all passers by that this is available and like vacant.I feel like im getting screwed and pushed around but no one is respondig timely to emails so that I will call and they can say that we never had the convoANY LEADS OR ADVICE!

The rented house I got keys from the renter when he left.  2 houses had actual lock boxes, but no one would tell me the code to get the keys out. 

For example, I have a lot of potential deals coming into my mail box on an almost daily basis (SFH though).

I'll be forwarding mail from the property address (which is the business address of the LLC) to a PO box in our home state. 

I would rethink how you are setting up your "buy box".

I haven’t gotten a straight answer from the agent as to why both boxes are checked.Let me know your thoughts! 

Maybe you just need to check some box or put the numbers in a different spot.You aren't even posting here because you have an investment, right?
