@Eric Littlepage it sounds like the property management company opted to have an auto renew of 12 months, most auto renew leases into a month-to-month, I have never seen someone do a 12 month auto renew at a residential property.

I use them for auto insurance also so may be why the difference was significant $20-30 a month cheaper for same coverage.

The policy is triggered when one of the underlying policies (home, dwelling/fire, auto, boat, etc...) listed on the policy has a claim that exhausts its limits.

In my market, there are some very rough filters, so I don't use auto searches.

Conventional 3.5-5% down will auto convert out of PMI.
