I’ve gotten quotes ranging from $6,500-$12k to repair and waterproof the exterior walls, plus there's the added cost of repairing and repainting the inside walls.

Columbus market is a little out of my price range, but I was thinking about investing in the Newark, OH area. 

Easy Street DSCR Rates start at 5.50%, well below these broker ranges, so don't get your hopes up that a broker will get you a better rate!

Rentals have different interest rates ranging from 2.85% to 5.125%. 

DSCR loans have rates right now in the 6% range.
