If you want to expand your horizons there are many North as well, a personal favorite the NEREIA in Chelmsford is tomorrow (Wed 8/6) at 6:30/7:00 networking/meeting.I think you have a sound strategy of going to the New Bedford area if you want passive cash flow.  

If in a neighborhood that's kept up, it's a very attractive alternative for newly weds, live-ins, and single parents.

We have a trip planned to Costa Rica next March for a friend's wedding...

So, the wife and I(semi-newly weds) are looking to buy our first rental property in the next 6-12 months.

It's actually a pocket watch, band, and flowers with my wedding date.

I ultimately used some of that "Oops" money the bank provided me to help pay for my wedding!

Should be closing Wed or so, so will be happy then!

I would like to help pay for her college through prudent investments, and her wedding too!  

Something like make readies tue/wed  , work orders mon / thu ( and maybe 1 hour at the end of each make ready day or middle for unexpected) .
