Thank you for your email I was made aware this weekend by one of the investors on our Facebook group that Marco Santarelli on June 18th, 2024, held a "web seminar" again soliciting investors.

For furnishing short- or mid-term rentals, finding the right balance between stuff that looks good, but which also offers solid durability and keeps your budget in check can be difficult.If your budget is your driving factor with your design decisions, I'd start surfing on Google image search or Pinterest - find a picture of a finished room that you like, and then reverse engineer it from products on Amazon and other similar budget-friendly sources.

every person who builds a house or a commercial building has to do so with 25% equity to get it financed with a bank. there is absolutely value in new construction. the hard part becomes making sure your architect knows how to design a building that can make money. but saying you don't know how to is a little silly it's the same idea as existing but ground up you just study the market and look at land more than you do anything else. you can build a house anywhere but you want to do it in better areas. it's either than or higher density's smaller floorplans, etc 

I'm working with a local engineer on finalizing a couple of ready to build ADU/triplex plans that I designed specifically for Oregon for my own uses, but you've got me thinking re: scale in general.
