So I have a investment property and I just got a yellow postcard saying someone wants to buy the house.

Yesterday we officially started the business by mailing out our first 50 yellow letters.

Currently we have: Developed a plan (wholesaling) Established a contract to useDeveloped a marketing strategy ( yellow paper mailers)Sent out 10 lettersNow we are trying to establish a buyers list.

Hello BP, A few days ago I posted that I had sent out my first batch of 50 yellow letters.

(thats means i will be doing Yellow letter and just mail it to motivated sellers)3)Auctions (but i dont really know anything about it or where they are held in Raleigh.)4)I have also heard the term "Court house steps" not sure about it.

Successful or not I would like to hear peoples experiences advice and insights.What were you sending. yellow letters?

I was doing yellow letters and going out to homes doing repair evaluation, but never got a concrete deal.

Anyone use or have an opinion in using a service like stamps.com for yellow letters?

The bandit signs are a good bang for your buck but like anything you haveto get your message out, it stinks when they get yanked in a day or two but I have some that have been up for months and people know where the old signs are and they will drive back to them to get the phone number.Also I have a friend who put an ad in the yellow pages and older people with free and clear houses called him for 3 or more years after he placed the ad.
