The bandit signs are a good bang for your buck but like anything you haveto get your message out, it stinks when they get yanked in a day or two but I have some that have been up for months and people know where the old signs are and they will drive back to them to get the phone number.Also I have a friend who put an ad in the yellow pages and older people with free and clear houses called him for 3 or more years after he placed the ad.
