So I Just Got A Yellow Letter In The Mail

So I have a investment property and I just got a yellow postcard saying someone wants to buy the house. I want to sell it but not at an investor price. Anyone else ever get one mailed to you and did it make you smile when you did?

I'm curious what the competition is doing - I'm about to start a couple of direct mail campaigns - saturation mailing for a couple of neighborhoods and targeted mailing to absentee landlords.

If you haven't tossed the postcard, I'd love to see a scan or cell phone pic of the front/back.
