I'm a visual learner, and it helps me to have something tangible to use like this and then tweak or add to it as needed.I've gotten recommendations for several contractors, so I'm working on narrowing down to three that I'll request bids from as soon as I get something under contract.And also networking still as I hope to start my second flip not too long after my first one and in my hometown area of Virginia Beach. :)
