To the best of my knowledge none of the high rises here includes the basic ecosystems like a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.

In particular, I don't know if the Section 8 community is large and vibrant enough to sustain continous occupancy.  

Vibrant musical sceneEqually vibrant start up sceneQuality infrastructureHospitals, schools, a very large supply of KindergartensFavorable rent control policyHigh security in the streetsQuality public transport and airportsSurprisingly good food sceneComparatively low pollution.

That might come as a surprise to those that don't know Indy, but there's a lot of great things going on that makes Indianapolis a dynamic and vibrant city.Call me to learn more about what makes Indianapolis a great place to invest.

@Candace BerryWhile I agree with @Joel Owens about much in his post There are several for sale on that street. 214 a sq ft but it looks modern with lots of contrasting colorYou at 205 a sq ft, it is well done on the inside but there is no life to it, and the outside is painted brick, again nothing vibrant there.184 a sq ft is pending, it is more modern and obviously something was attractive160 a sq ft, it is not as nice and refined as yours but also much cheaperDon't worry about the commission split, at 2.4 % the buyers agent is looking in the ball park of 18k you are not losing deals because of the commission.

(By the way, there are legal exceptions- that is another story and difficult to navigate), Now not only does that inhibit a growing and vibrant economy but for this to happen as a result of a law to "supposedly" protect the consumer is absurd!!!
