There are actually people who sell that vision and remarkably there have been some who have bought into that belief.I also appreciate the points that leverage used properly is an incredible tool especially when you understand that rents lag values.  

This city is remarkable with the way you can buy low and rent high.

We also found that yes, many homes in the MLS remarks would not except FHA offers, so that narrowed it down pretty quick.

The purchase contract already has verbiage saying that the home is purchased "as is" and even adding the words on the seller remarks or in the contract that the sale is "as is" doesn't mean much... we have often submitted offers from investors doing an all cash "as is" sale and then request foundation credits for example.
