There are ways to accomplish it but the DIY tax is high.I get that with infill lots but most of the land deals I am doing are 2 million and up.. so its not cheap to get them.. but its also just completely foreign to the concepts touted on bp..

We own 5 rentals in Texas and I am very comfortable knowing our market and tenant placement.What I am wondering in Tampa is: can we buy a nice property in the low $200's within 25 mins to UT campus, is the long term rental market strong in Tampa, do rental rates compared to purchase price make sense (ie, I don't want to buy a $200k house that only rents for $1100/month)?

I pointed out the income of the “middle class” because you seem to be touting a growing middle class there as if those people will be contributing to the real estate market in a positive way (ie, renting units). it seems you are now saying that the whole model in Mexico is around international travel and the Mexican elite, which is what I was saying about five posts prior and you were refuting.

For people interested in trading stocks and options I made a training software about 20 years ago that teaches about 49 or 52 stock and option trading strategies, but if you dig into the software and read all the explanations for trading you should realize that everyone who touts trading stock and/or options should be shot and you should stay totally away from both the stock and option markets with the exception that I keep about a million dollars in a trading account and if you look at the history of the stock market we have what I call a Crisis Day an average of every 2 years.
