Don't know much about them, other than their marketing of unsecured financing and I have left a message with them twice to call me ( they keep sending me e-mails instead - which makes me a bit suspicious of their operation).

I'm also hearing that we may be able to retain all of those listings by filing a suspicious activity report with AirBnB indicating her non compliance in transerring the listing with us and prove our ownership of that LLC, bank account, EIN, etc.We are very concerned about losing those great reviews--nothing will be changing on our end (bank account remains the same, EIN remains the same, boots on the ground host thats done all communication remains the same, etc.).

I just evicted a single mother who's son was flushing tampons down the toilet for fun. i had 3 main line clogs at $700 bucks a pop that I had to pucker up and suck down...the clog happened between my building and the street...so there was no ways of knowing what unit did it...well...on the last time I advised my plumber of the issue, and he was getting suspicious himself, and he found tampons stuck in the toilet and the main line, so the tenant coughed up the last repair on her own...and you better believe it never happened after that.
