I couldn't find it in the app store or on Google.

Strong wind gusts and very dry conditions aren't helping with fighting the blaze and trying to contain the raging wildfire that is causing so much damage and grief.Can you imagine, going to the grocery store or visiting a friend down the street, and an hour later seeing smoke a few miles away, not thinking much about it or being very worried about it...but a few minutes / hours later being forced by order to LEAVE NOW and a few hours later you find out that multiple people are considered missing and that almost the whole town was completely wiped out... as if a bomb went off and flatted the entire area..Well, this is very much a reality for people Northern California in Butt County.

I would not tell tenants to use store bought bug sprays and traps.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

There has been restaurants being built, stores, etc.

After all, major retail stores and other businesses do it all the time.

I buy big box stores when on sale, if I can wait for the sale.

Asking because my son has an attic apartment in his house which is a stone’s throw from a hotel, a 3 building campus for a tech employer and they are building a mega 7-11 type store in front of the hotel...walk to all three.

I will use my garage to store my personal things like paper files with personal information, photo albums, nice cooking pots and such.
