They are more focused on social issues than they are on educating the masses or helping agents sell real estate.NAR is trying to sell this agreement as a win, but they threw our entire profession under the bus and it's going to hurt us in the long run.

The issue is there are too many of these “gurus” on social media that are preaching S8 to everyone and how great it is.

Professor Scott Galloway was recently posting on social media "sector dynamics will trump your talent".  

With that being said, all of my tenants have been renting for numerous years, so admittedly there may be some social media or other apps that are really effective too.

She may be newer to posing on BP, but that doesn't give anyone reason to doubt her posts.Take all of this from a very seasoned and experienced investor and entrepreneur who routinely invests in coaching and/or products that may improve some piece of my businesses, team or myself.  

As an entrepreneur, you should be focused on running and growing your business, not constantly worrying about and following up on your "business advisor".

It doesn't require me to socialize, network or interact for long periods of time, but still lets me provide information and education.I don't mind getting attention online (where I can turn it off if I want), but I hate being the center of attention in real life.
