I'd say to those that I knew that smoked, "You're a smoker?!?"

Apparently I cannot say "Non-smokers only" in my ads as this is discriminatory (really??).

We now have prohibitions against trampolines, pools, and grills on porches, due to insurer requirements.   

A pipe smoker I believe.

That yellow paint makes it look like a smoker lived there, I'd repaint that.  

I don't want pets or smokers in my properties, so if they do either - they are not considered.

You have to furnish it (full kitchen, washer dryer, living room furniture, bedroom furniture, televisions, grill, etc). 

Especially if the office is close to a restaurant or bar/grill where people can meet and network afterward.I attend a Meetup that meets in a conference room of an office building that’s connected to a retail plaza.

The catch is the lady renting was a smoker.
