This sweet spot is where the seller knows recovery is slim without putting in a bunch of money and the bank will take a loss for the buyer purchasing.Buyers like this because the units are not thrashed yet just have poor management and repairs needed are long.

Most of the time it probably would not be an issue with the person and the chances someone actually calls off the signs when you happen to have the car parked there is pretty slim too.I think my preference would still be to remove them in certain situations.
