I believe you can use it to loan to someone else so they can do a BRRRR as long as they are not yourself or a prohibited person, husband, wife, parents, kids, siblings.

Siblings usually have to get pretty ticked off to sue another, so as Rick mentioned you can be bad guy, for a price.Just don't put out any money until you get the goals set and strategy mapped out, step by step. :)
