Is there a difference between Owner financing and a sandwich lease option?  

Why argue over this fact .. now go make me a sandwich  

As far as starting out with Lease Optioning, is it better to sandwich lease a deal or to get a SFH where I would need to find a partner to cover most of the 20% down payment for the loan?

I wasn't sure if you were the homeowner or the middleman in a sandwich lease. 

It's easy to postulate that if development at the Broad / Erie Border and Jumpstart Germantown come to full fruition, the rest of 19140 that is east of Broad Street would be sandwiched by two strong developing markets. 

Hello BP community,I am reading the book by Brandon Turner “investing in real estate with no or low money down” and I have a general question and about lease options, specifically lease sandwich options.

If you are doing a sandwich you're paying (we do) directly to the mortgage company so you never worry about it.We also have all of our buyers sign with our attorney so there is no confusion.
