Last loan was 5 weeks start to finish - in week 12 with Dwell.DWELL insurance requirements are quite different than industry norm - my policy sailed right through with the last provider, however with Dwell we went through 3 agents (and about 10 companies) and none of them met Dwell's requirements.  

So the wind has been taken a little out of my sails but I'm still going for it.I found a 2/1 1,024 sq ft house in a small town outside of DFW (Weatherford) which is about 45 minutes away from our current residence.  

This ship has sailed. 

One deal took considerably longer due to title issues.We bought a house at auction (not tax or foreclosure, just a regular auction) and assumed it would be smooth sailing, but no.

I get to make a house someone's HOME for a bit, and that HOME is full of joy:)2. not too many things scares this chick other than LARGE BODIES of WATER<><><> Our final goal is to set up a financially free life style on a sailing catamaran:) Fukkkkk U FEAR.Just writing this makes me smile:D

Airbnb reports the taxes in the area so it's pretty smooth sailing once you get everything up and running.

With that you can live off 4-6% dividends in non correlated with the economy assets and sail off into the sunset while going in first class.

I admit this let the wind out of my sails quite a bit as I had finally got the momentum in my favor, however I fully understand that if this was an easy task everyone and there mother would be doing it, and that obstacles set the true achievers aside from the rest of the crowd.Looking forward to meeting everyone and getting involved.
