The current trend for Pest Control companies is to require a large up front fee…the charge a fee yearly when the service is rendered. 

As builders we knew what we were going to build on the property, and our son made up a rendering, etc.

From what I can understand, if you utilize the "Quit-Claim Deed", that renders any title insurance null & void should a problem come up with the title at a later date.

This essentially means that anything under the parent LLC is not independently protected from the other LLCs, rendering the concept of series LLCs moot in Wisconsin.

I was told that I could be rendering services for others in real estate as long as they were in acquisitions, construction, etc.

Hey all - my quick summary on my experience with this:- i haven't really seen companies getting adus to turnkey in the bay area for under $300 / sqft consistently- make sure the company you engage has a track record on this and not just nice looking renderings on their website.

I agree that the habitability of the unit itself is discussed, and this would render the unit uninhabitable, but that does not obligate the LL for the tenants accommodation.

For example, my lease states that if the  “Premises are totally or partially damaged or destroyed by fire, earthquake,accident or other casualty that render Premises totally or partially uninhabitable, either Landlord or Tenant may terminate this Agreement by giving the other written notice.”

The inflated property taxes rendered it no longer a viable buy & hold.

But yes, that does largely come back to ones interpretation of neighborhood desirability.As I said - esoteric (which could just as easily have been rendered - subjective).Good luck with your research.
