Room rental in private home and flood in room

We rented our mancave to a man and yesterday the room was flooded. We put him in hotel for 2 days however, we want him gone so we can properly get carpet to dry since the room is a media room and it cost over 10,000 to custom make. We can not afford to keep him in hotel continuously, and I gave him a termination of lease paper yesterday however the statue says only 30 days notice from the next time he pays rent.  Can we removed him now and just give him his remaining rent back? He did the damage thought and other damages in house, so we think he is intentionally destroying our home. Please give some idea what I can do
