@Jordan RobertsNot to date my age... but when I was a student at Cal State LA he was my professor in the early 90’sAt the time he was the guy who owned a ton of real estate and was very into discussing the topic.Not sure what he has done from then but I know “back in the day” he was legit and did a lot of dealsNot sure this infor helps except to show how old I am now
