If you have any college behind you, how did you pick your professors?

@Jordan RobertsNot to date my age... but when I was a student at Cal State LA he was my professor in the early 90’sAt the time he was the guy who owned a ton of real estate and was very into discussing the topic.Not sure what he has done from then but I know “back in the day” he was legit and did a lot of dealsNot sure this infor helps except to show how old I am now

We have 5 universities also, and traveling/visiting professors is a common thing also.We have a 1/1 mid-term unit that rents for $2200 per month and a 4/2 mid-term that rents for $3200 per month.

I already mentioned UCR and their med school and plan to hire close to 300 new professors as they appear to inch more towards a research school.

Real estate law professor of mine said something profound that has stuck with me..."

I had professors when I was in college that would only rent to grad students because they are typically more responsible and will rent for longer. 

Throughout my studies I kept hearing this nightmare stories from professors and professional architects about the headache that is working with clients.
