A doctor that's "prescribing" based on an internet form is probably guilty of malpractice, and certainly shouldn't hold up as evidence of any disability.It might also be worth calling the agency that enforces this stuff and asking them directly.

It was like he was pleading to let the city clean up these old properties that have no business not being owned by the state, city, or county but if the buyer isn't listening, it starts over again.I do recommend you go for the learning experience.

In the meeting they were very understanding of "the why" it was happeing. one HOA member even admitted to being guilty of it himself...we then estsblished it was an honest mistake and agreed that i have to pay closer attention to the parking spots that i park in......Then i brought up an issue about the "interferance with parking enforcement" an incident that had taken place several months before.....My fiance is a very nice person and does not like to see people suffer.
