Don't buy into the belief that an MBA paves they way.

Oil is used to pave roads, make plastics, produce solvents and other chemicals.

The good news is people on here have done it so I know we aren't trying to pave a new path.

It will typically include the expected price inflation by category ... for example, roof replacement costs might be going up 5% per year while paving is only going up 1.5% per year.    

Thanks @Ben SkoveEverything around the house is either paved or cemented with an away slope. 7" of rain this month and another 1" today plus that tomorrow, I'm thinking it must be the water table.

Also, is there already a paved roadway to service the parcel? 

Let me give you the numbers:19 Lots17 Occupied 7 park owned homes$100 per month per trailer = $10007 park owned = $2650Total of $3650Mobile Homes are in OK condition, could use a little work but none is too bad.All tenants pay for water, gas, electricity, sewage.The road through the park is paved and I have to keep it up.  

Even with us doing the work there was the holding cost and opportunity cost of lost rents.I would never allow a cat into a newly remodeled unit, only into a unit with a non-permeable floor.

It's said good intentions pave the road to hell.
