Hi Dean - Coming from a person that has never met you and must make a guesstimate based on one entry on an internet forum, I would say that you don't have particular passion for your job or the process of wholesaling - sure, you can tolerate it, you're good at it, you could be more motivated in taking part in it, but you don't really live and breath for the process - what you love is the checks at the end of the road.

As you can tell, im not going into real estate by force, its been a lifelong passion and i intend to make a career of it.

I have a passion for sales and am incredibly competitive.     

A Little but about me: I have been passionate about rehabbing the places people live from a very early age.

No one else in my life is as passionate about real estate as you guys are.

Since you are passionate about real estate it could be related such as a realtor, home inspector, mortgage broker, tradesperson, etc.

Nursing is my hobby and real estate is my passion.  3 SFHs, two buy and hold with renters, One was a BRRRR that I used to purchase one of those two buy and holds. 

I have three of Brandon's books (The Book on Investing, Managing, and Investing with No/Low money down) and have been listening to his podcasts for about a year and a half now.ABOUT ME: I am a recent college graduate, member of the Army National Guard, and am very passionate about helping people.

@Christopher Short I haven't used my VA loan because when I was buying my owner occupied homes I was not in tune with the idea of house hacking and real estate investing was not my passion at the time.
